  • Restricted-access administration information: approved email addresses, invite status, access-code labels, access-code sharing notes, revocation status, access role, access-request review notes, and administrative records related to restricted views or data rooms.

Do not provide sensitive personal information, privileged information, non-public financial information, claim documentation, government IDs, medical information, account credentials, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or confidential third-party information unless we specifically request it through a dedicated secure intake process and you are authorized to provide it.

  • Legal and safety recipients: courts, regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, claim administrators, or third parties where disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or prevent harm.
  • Publication and correction recipients: reviewers, affected parties, researchers, journalists, security reviewers, hosting providers, or other recipients where disclosure is reasonably needed to verify a correction, handle a dispute, de-identify material, investigate misuse, or protect rights.
  • Business transaction parties: parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, diligence process, or similar transaction involving WAGMI CLAIMS LLC or Site assets.
