  • Researcher access-request information: name, email address, affiliation, role, verification purpose, requested materials, publication or review deadline, correction context, and any other information you provide when requesting access to restricted research materials.
  • Restricted-access administration information: approved email addresses, invite status, access-code labels, access-code sharing notes, revocation status, access role, access-request review notes, and administrative records related to restricted views or data rooms.

Do not provide sensitive personal information, privileged information, non-public financial information, claim documentation, government IDs, medical information, account credentials, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or confidential third-party information unless we specifically request it through a dedicated secure intake process and you are authorized to provide it.

These may include Vercel, Resend, Neon/Postgres providers, Vercel Blob, and KV or logging providers if enabled.
  • Professional advisors: attorneys, accountants, auditors, consultants, insurers, and other professional advisors.
  • Legal and safety recipients: courts, regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, claim administrators, or third parties where disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or prevent harm.
  • Publication and correction recipients: reviewers, affected parties, researchers, journalists, security reviewers, hosting providers, or other recipients where disclosure is reasonably needed to verify a correction, handle a dispute, de-identify material, investigate misuse, or protect rights.
  • Business transaction parties: parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, diligence process, or similar transaction involving WAGMI CLAIMS LLC or Site assets.
  • With your direction or consent: recipients you ask us to contact or disclose information to.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly process personal information for targeted advertising unless we update this Privacy Policy and provide any required opt-out rights.

Security reports and restricted-access records may be retained longer where needed to investigate, remediate, document, or defend against vulnerabilities, incidents, publication disputes, misuse, or threatened claims.
